The dudes behind COTN and TGCs also have at least one more project each they're working on. It helps to give the game world an entirely different feel, making some of the towns and cities feel almost like a completely different game. But I've read in the patch page: Great Cities is my favorite, makes all of the "minor" holds and towns feel huge and epic for a just a few MB and very stable. I appreciate he hasn't touched any of the closed cities so that it's OCS compatible (if a mod isn't Open Cities compatible, I refuse to use it because with SSE I no longer have stability issues loading in OCS+ other mods, and the fewer load doors the better.)
